Mubasher: Keypoint Trust company has raised its stake in GFH Financial Group to 6.61% of the GFH’s total paid-up capital.
Therefore, Keypoint Trust currently owns 243.285 million shares in GFH held in Bahrain Bourse and Dubai Financial Market (DFM), according to GFH’s disclosure to DFM on Monday.
It is noteworthy to mention that on Thursday, 5 March, Keypoint Trust increased its ownership in GFH to 6.14%.
GFH is listed on three GCC stock markets; Bahrain Bourse (BHB), Boursa Kuwait, and DFM.
