Cairo – Mubasher: The daily production of Khalda Petroleum Co has averaged at about 145,500 barrels of crude oil and condensates, around 665 million cubic feet of natural gas, and nearly 1,600 barrels of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) during fiscal year 2019/2020.
Over the course of the year ended 30 June, the company spent $651 million and drilled 39 wells to develop reserves, including 35 crude oil wells and four gas wells, the Chairman, Saeed Abdel Moneim, said in a statement released by the Ministry of Petroleum on Wednesday.
This came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), headed by the Minister of Petroleum, Tarek El-Molla, which was convened to approve the financial results of FY19/20.
