Mubasher: Khaleeji Commercial Bank posted a decline of 50% in profits during the first quarter of 2017, compared to the same period of 2016.
The bank’s net profits stood at BHD 1.4 million ($3.7 million) in Q1-17, compared to BHD 2.8 million ($7.4 million) in Q1-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
The earnings attributed to shareholders also dropped 46.4% to total BHD 1.5 million ($3.9 million) in Q1-17, compared to BHD 2.8 million ($7.4 million) in Q1-16.
