Mubasher: Khaleeji Commercial Bank signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Burooj Real Estate development to provide financing solutions for the residential units in two of the company’s projects, according to the bank’s statement on Monday.
The two projects are Burooj Residence in Amwaj Islands, and Ivory Tower in Juffair area, with a total value of BHD 14 million.
The bank says it signed similar agreements with a number of local contractors to offer new innovative sharia compliant finance tools.
