Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Chemical Industries Company (Kima) denied on Thursday reports saying Italy’s Tecnimont S.p.A. has threatened to resort to international arbitration against the Egyptian government to get monthly installments worth $26 million.
Kima said that its dues for Tecnimont S.p.A. are being paid on time, according to a bourse filing.
The company earlier paid $65 million as compensation to Tecnimont S.p.A., due to delay of carrying out the rehabilitation project.
