Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Chemical Industries (Kima) has completed 84% of KIMA 2 facility for ammonia and urea production in Aswan, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
In February 2018, Kima announced that it achieved about 83% of KIMA 2 project.
Italy’s Maire Tecnimont is implementing the project with a total investment worth EGP 11 billion.
Kima was aiming to finish 60% of the total project by the end of the current fiscal year to be wholly finalised within 20 months.
