Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Chemical Industries (Kima) said Monday that its rights issue was subscribed 1.5 times, with an allotment ratio of 67.13%.
A total of 31.5 million shares were offered for subscription through Banque Misr, as refunds will be carried out via branches of the receiving bank, according to a bourse filing.
The first phase of the rights issue was subscribed by 87.63%.
