Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz has officially launched the “Enriching Hajj & Umrah Experience” programme on Tuesday in the presence of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The programme, which comprises more than 130 initiatives, prepared by 30 state-run bodies, is one of the most important schemes in the Saudi Vision 2030, the state-run news agency Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said.
The newly established programme aims at achieving a quantum leap in every service provided to visitors of Saudi Arabia, whether for Hajj, Umrah, or simply to experience the Kingdom’s peerless Islamic and national heritage, according to a recent statement released by the Center for International Communication (CIC).

It is also working on a full-fledged platform that acts as a one-stop shop for everything a visitor might need starting from general information about the kingdom and its Islamic heritage to booking every aspect of their trip.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes its responsibility of hosting the two holiest sites for all Muslims with the utmost care and devotion. Everyone in the Kingdom considers it an honour to serve our visitors,” Muhammad Saleh bin Taher Benten, chairman of the programme's committee, commented.
