Riyadh – Mubasher: SpaceX has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange, Kingdom Holding Company announced in a bourse disclosure.
The Saudi group noted that it currently holds a 0.34% stake in SpaceX, with a carrying value of SAR 16.76 billion ($4.47 billion) based on its financial statements as at 31 March 2026.
Meanwhile, the final IPO share price and the resulting valuation of SpaceX have not yet been officially confirmed or announced.
Kingdom Holding affirmed that it is not in a position to confirm any specific valuation at this stage.
Total valuation of SpaceX stands at $1.25 trillion, which is expected to reach $175 trillion.
Hence, the company expected its stake in Space X would increase to SAR 21.26 billion ($5.67 billion), representing an additional increase of SAR 4.50 billion ($1.20 billion) over the current book value.
Earlier this year, HUMAIN invested $3 billion in Elon Musk’s xAI as a part of its Series E round ahead of acquisition by SpaceX.
