Riyadh-Mubasher: Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI), a subsidiary of Kingdom Holding Company, sold its entire stake in a business in the capital of Zambia.
KHI sold its stake in the hotel Intercontinental Lusaka to QG Africa Hotel LP, an investment fund run by QG Investments Africa Management, according to a recent statement.
The exit deal is worth $35.9 million (SAR 134.6 billion), and was accomplished on 31 March, 2016.
