Mubasher: Kuwait Projects Holding (Kipco) reported an increase of 1.9% in profits during the third quarter of 2018 compared to the same period a year ago.
Earnings increase to KWD 8.32 million ($27.4 million) in Q3-18 from KWD 8.16 million ($26.88 million) in Q3-17, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
From January to September, Kipco registered a decrease of 1.9% to KWD 20.37 million from KWD 22.31 million in the same period last year.
The decrease in 9M profits is attributed to lower income from the media and real estate sectors.
At the stock level, Kipco closed Tuesday’s session at 211 fils.
