Riyadh – Mubasher: Knowledge Economic City’s board approved the resignation of the board chairman Abdullah Mohammed Nour Rehaimi.
The company highlighted that Rehaimi resigned for personal reasons, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The board appointed Adel Adulmohsen Al Mandel to replace Rehaimi.
The resignation of the former chairman and the appointment of the new one is effective as of 22 June until the end of the board’s current session on 27 July 2018.
