Kuwait – Mubasher: The trade surplus between Kuwait and Japan reported a growth of 95.7% in May, according to official data.
The surplus between the two nations stood at JPY 48.49 billion ($437.12 million) in May, recording the highest level since February when it registered JPY 54.99 billion.
Japan’s exports to Kuwait stood at JPY 12.86 billion ($115.92 million) in May, a month-on-month growth of 5.9%.
Meanwhile, Japan imports from Kuwait surged 66.1% to JPY 61.05 billion ($550.31 million) in May.
