Mubasher: Kuwait Bahrain International Exchange has held its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Sunday, 3 March.
The shareholders have elected a new board of directors for the coming three years, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Kuwait Bahrain Exchange has named the new board as Abdel Meguid Abdulrazaq Ali Zalzalah, Ali Abdullmajeed Abdulrazaq Al Zalzalah, Abdul Aziz Abdullmajeed Abdulrazaq Al Zalzalah, Hashim Abdulmajed Abdullrazaq Al Zalalah, and Mohammed Yusuf Sayed Hassan Al Zalzalah.
