Mubasher: The board members of Kuwait Bahrain International Exchange approved the voluntary withdrawal from Boursa Kuwait, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Kuwait Bahrain International’s board of directors has approved the delisting decision with majority and will pass this recommendation to the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for a final approval before the official entities take a decision.
The company was established late July 2000, while its listing on Boursa Kuwait was in mid-June 2006 under the financial services segment.
Kuwait Bahrain International’s capital stands at KWD 4.62 million distributed on 46.2 million shares.
