Mubasher: The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) has issued bonds and securities valued at KWD 160 million ($533.69 million), according to a recent statement.
This issuance has a yield of 2%, while it will mature in three months on 19 June.
The CBK noted that this bond issuance was covered 9.55 times at a total value of KWD 1.5 billion.
It is noteworthy that this bond issuance aims at controlling liquidity levels in the local cash market.
