Mubasher: The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) has aissued bonds and related tawarruq at a value of KWD 240 million ($790.02 million), with a return of 3%.
The issue was covered one time with a total subscription value of KWD 2.58 billion, according to a recent statement by CBK.
This bonds issue has a three-month maturity period which will end on 23 July 2019.
It is noteworthy that the bonds and related tawarruq offered by the CBK aim at regulating liquidity to withdraw surplus in the local market.
