Mubasher: Warba Bank announced that the Central Bank of Kuwait has approved for Abdullah Saleh AlShaflan to own a stake of 15% in the bank, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The bank clarified that this approval has a duration of three months starting 3 December 2018 until 2 March 2019.
In a separate disclosure, Warba Bank said that the central bank also approved for Al Sayer Holding to increase its direct equity ownership in the bank to about 15% from 10.01%.
This approval will expire in three months on 2 March 2018.
