Mubasher: The Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) in Kuwait has started receiving licence applications for mobile virtual network operators (MVNO) through its official website, Al Anba Newspaper reported, citing CITRA.
Applicants shall adhere to all terms and conditions stipulated in the MVNO application published on the authority’s official website.
Applicants shall also pay KWD 15,000 as nonrefundable fees, according to the official gazette, Al Kuwait Al Yawm
