Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Credit Bank granted real estate loans totalling KWD 20 million through 663 facilities in January, while the paid amount reached KWD 24.7 million, it said, quoted by Kuwait News Agency.
An amount of KWD 2.7 million was estimated for 41 individual loans that have been issued at a net of KWD 1.9 million.
Meanwhile,, the number of government real estate loans reached 116, which were initially valued at KWD 8.1 million, but finally required payments totalling KWD 15.3 million.
