Kuwait-Mubasher: The government of Rwanda signed an agreement to borrow KWD 4.5 million ($15.3 million) from Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, according to a statement.
The deal was closed to participate in financing the development of a road in the north and east territory.
The finance deal will help in linking Rwanda and Congo, once the project is accomplished in mid-2019.
It is worth highlighting that this deal is the 10th loan provided by the fund to Rwanda, after the African country received loans with a total of KWD 25.1 million.
