Mubasher: Kuwait Gypsum Manufacturing and Trading has scheduled 5 July 2018 as its final date to withdraw from Boursa Kuwait - the Parallel Market.
The period in which the stock was suspended will be added to the scheduled delisting date, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Earlier in January, Kuwait Gypsum announced that the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has agreed for the company to delist from Boursa Kuwait.
Kuwait Gypsum has a capital of KWD 3 million distributed on 30 million shares.
