Kuwait-Mubasher: The board of Kuwait Insurance has accepted the resignation of its CEO Ali Hamad Al Bahar, according to a bourse statement.
It added that the resignation will be effective as of the beginning of April, 2016.
The statement noted that Al Bahar will keep working as a board member until the company holds its coming ordinary general meeting.
