Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Real Estate has sold a property in the east of the capital for KWD 8.75 million, the company said in a bourse filing.
A profit worth KWD 1.85 million was brought in from the sale deal, and will be registered in the fourth quarter of 2015.
The company’s stock rose 1.9% before closing Wednesday’s trading session, after 1.81 million shares were exchanged with a value of about KWD 96,500.
