Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Slaughter House achieved a growth of 151.5% in profits during the fourth quarter of 2016 as compared to the corresponding period a year ago.
Earnings increased to nearly KWD 209,210 ($683,900) in Q4-16 from around KWD 83,150 ($271,800) in Q4-15, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
During the fiscal year of 2016, profits amounted to about KWD 733,650 which is 8.4% higher from nearly KWD 686,550 in the previous fiscal year.
On the stock level, Kuwait Slaughter House fell by 2.82% to 138 fils after 114,000 shares were traded through around KWD 15,500.
