Kuwait aims to finish 36,000 residential units in 2 yrs

Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait is seeking to accomplish over 36,000 residential units until 2017, as part of a program executed by the public authority for housing welfare, according to a report issued by Kuwait Finance House (KFH).

The report noted that submitted residential requests decreased to 107,000 until September as compared to 6,400 in the beginning of 2015.

KFH noted that the corporation seeks to distribute 12,177 vouchers with a 400 square meter-space during the fiscal year 2015/2016.

In Q2, the corporation succeeded to deliver the projects on due dates, with a total cost of KWD 133 million, added the report.
