The GCC’s internet average price is $166, which is more than double the service price in Kuwait.
Qatar ranked second in terms of highest internet prices in the Gulf with $149.5, followed by Oman, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia with $147.9, $105.2, and $84.1 respectively, according to the data.
Moreover, broadband internet prices in the Southern Hemisphere were seen as higher than the north.
