Kuwait committed to recent OPEC, non-OPEC deal – Oil minister

Mubasher: The newly appointed oil minister of Kuwait Khaled Al Fadhel stated that his country supports all efforts exerted to stabilise oil markets across the globe, Reuters reported on Tuesday, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

Kuwait is committed to the agreements of OPEC and non-OPEC members, Al Fadhel said.

The agreements were made earlier in December and included a reduction of around 1.2 million barrels per day in oil production for a six-month duration starting from January 2019, the oil minister added.
