Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil went down 49 cents to reach $52.71 per barrel (pb) on Wednesday compared to $53.20 pb on Tuesday, according to the latest data issued by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
At the global level, oil prices retreated for the third session in a row, dragged by higher US crude oil exports, which reached a remarkable level last week.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) stated that it has registered higher crude oil exports by 1.98 million barrels per day during the week ended on 29 September.
