Mubasher: The price index of Kuwait’s crude oil added 25 cents to settle at $54.86 per barrel (pb) on Tuesday compared to $54.61 pb on Monday, according to the latest data issued by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
At the global level, oil prices remained unchanged on Tuesday in line with the tension in North Iraq as well as the worries over Iran’s nuclear agreement.
Nymex crude oil, November futures, settled at $51.88 pb on Tuesday, while the Brent crude oil futures declined by 0.6% to $57.49 pb.
On Wednesday, investors await the data on the US crude oil inventories, which affect the market.
