Mubasher: The price of crude oil produced in Kuwait declined by $3.36 to settle at $49.63 per barrel (pb) on Wednesday from $52.99 pb on Friday, according to the latest data by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
At the global level, oil prices increased in line with the rise in stock markets, as Nymex crude oil rose by more than 8.5%.
Nymex crude, February futures, went up by 8.6% to $46.22 pb.
