Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil increased by 86 cents to settle at $54.92 per barrel (pb) on Tuesday compared to $54.06 pb on Monday, according to the latest data issued by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
At the global level, Nymex crude oil edged down by 0.7% to settle at $51.88 pb, while Brent crude oil lost 1% to $58.41 pb.
The preliminary data issued by the American Petroleum Institute (API) expected a decline of 761,000 oil barrels during the week ended 22 September.
