Mubasher: Kuwait announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec), Reuters reported.
Upon this agreement, a refinery will be built in the south of China, Reuters added, according to the Kuwait Oil Ministry.
The Chinese oil and gas company is based in Beijing, and listed on the stock exchanges of Hong Kong, Shanghai, and New York.
