Mubasher: Kuwait is planning to purchase 1.5 million tons annually of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Russia, TASS Russian News Agency quoted Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC)'s deputy managing director Nasser Abdullah Al-Saleh.
The news agency noted that Al-Saleh has not added further details.
Meanwhile, TASS noted that Kuwait may enter a privatization process for two oil Russian firms; Rosneft and Bashneft, according to an anonymous Kuwaiti official.
