Mubasher: Kuwait's commerce and industry minister and the minister of state for services Khalid Al Roudhan has headed to Baghdad, the Iraqi capital, on Wednesday in an official visit that lasts for two days.
The Kuwaiti official’s visit will include talks over establishing a joint free trade zone in Iraq, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
Al Roudhan will also meet with his Iraqi counterpart Mohammed Al Ani, in addition to holding a meeting with the Union of Chambers, the Federation of Industries, the Federation of Businessmen, the National Business Council, and the Economic Council.
The meeting will consider developing trade relations between Kuwait and Iraq, KUNA added.
