Kuwait - Mubasher: The price of Kuwait oil went down by $1.65 yesterday, according to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
Kuwaiti crude oil registered $46.35 per barrel (pb) on Friday, compared to $48 pb on Thursday, as reported by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
At the global level, oil prices also declined Friday on fears that US President Donald Trump's withdrawal from the Paris climate accord could increase production in the United States, leading to a global surplus, added KUNA.
Brent crude decreased by 68 cents to $49.95 per barrel while West Texas Intermediate fell by 70 cents to $47.66 pb.
