Kuwait oil price falls to $68.7 Monday

Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil fell by 60 cents on Monday to $68.77 per barrel (pb), compared to $69.37 pb on Friday, according to the latest data by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).

Meanwhile, global oil prices leapt above $75 pb following the Israeli Prime minister’s announcement of having documents, which proves that Iran had deceived the world about its nuclear programme for years.

Moreover, Nymex futures for June delivery rose by 47 cents to $68.57 pb, recording monthly earnings of around 5.7%.

By 9:26 am GMT, Brent crude oil futures shed 0.83% to $74.07 pb.
