Kuwait - Mubasher: The price of Kuwaiti oil remained stable at $49.27 per barrel (pb) on Friday, the same price it registered on the day before, according to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
Oil prices declined globally due to the hike in American production of Shale oil, which came as a direct result of the increase in drilling rigs in the US, said Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
Brent crude decreased by 13 cents to $52.83 pb while the light American crude went up by 25 cents to $50.60 pb.
