Kuwait - Mubasher: The price of Kuwaiti oil increased by 57 cents on Friday, according to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
Kuwaiti crude oil registered $43.73 per barrel (pb) on Friday, compared to $43.16 pb on Thursday, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
Oil prices also increased on the global level due to lower production rates and lack of growth in the number of drilling rigs in the United States, KUNA added.
