Kuwait – Mubasher: The overall value of the sales registered in Kuwait’s real estate sector surged 150% in May when compared to the previous month, hitting the highest level since December 2014.
The sales of properties in May 2017 reached KWD 370 million, up 63% compared with May 2016, according to a recent report issued by NBK's research unit.
The transactions registered in May grew 91% to 713, compared to April, and 50% higher than May 2016.
