Mubasher: Kuwait has detected six new infections with the coronavirus (COVID-19) over the past 24 hours, taking the pandemic toll to 148 in the country so far, according to an official statement by the Ministry of Health on Thursday.
Four of the new patients are Kuwaiti nationals who arrived from the UK, while the other two are a Kuwaiti citizen and a Filipino resident who had been in close contact with previously reported patients.
According to the statement, 18 patients recovered, while 574 others were discharged from the quarantine.
