Kuwait’s Agility mulls investments with Suez Canal Authority

Mubasher: Agility Public Warehousing is currently conducting studies and research to go forward in its strategic partnership with the Suez Canal Authority in Egypt, the CEO of Agility Tarek Sultan told CNBC Arabia.

The company is boosting its future investment growth by establishing new storing and industrial facilities, on a total space of a million square metres, across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), Sultan added, on the sidelines of Agility’s ordinary general meeting which was held on Tuesday.

It is noteworthy that Agility is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

On Tuesday, Agility’s shareholders approved 30% of the capital to be distributed as dividend and bonus shares.
