Kuwait- Mubasher: KAMCO Investment, listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE), announced that it completed the establishment and licensing procedures of its subsidiary, Kamco Investment Limited (Dubai International Financial Centre) in the UAE, according to the company’s statement.
The subsidiary will be subject to the supervision of DIFC and Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Kuwaiti company said, adding that all required approvals and licenses have been obtained from the UAE’s competent authorities.
