Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport and its affiliate KGL Logistics on Tuesday denied what local newspapers have spread on Tuesday that the firms have filed lawsuits against two subsidiaries of the group.
The reports denied by the group claimed that KGL Stevedoring and KGL International for Ports, Warehousing and Transport were the units in dispute.
The two Kuwaiti companies have issued two separate statements that no violations were committed by the said affiliates that could form bases for legal claims as reported.
