Mubasher: Kuwait & Gulf Link Transport Co. KPSC (KGL Group) and KGL Logistics responded to Sunday’s news reporting that the Kuwait Ports Authority (KPA) had blacklisted their subsidiaries and associates.
The two logistic firms, which are listed on Boursa Kuwait, said the Administrative Court's final ruling had cleared their associate KGL Ports International of any dues owed to KPA, according to the statement.
The court ruling proved that the KGL Group, KGL Logistics and their subsidiaries did not commit any violation concerning exploiting land plots, which had been allocated by the KPA, the statement said.
As for indemnity of KGL Group and KGL Logistics, they said that the matter is being viewed by the court.
