Kuwait-Mubasher: National International Holding (NIH) announced that “its equity ownership in Ahlia Holding is up to 9%,” according to a statement on Wednesday, after local news have been published on the subject.
The equity owned by NIH in the firm is comprised of unlisted shares worth KWD 1 million ($3.32 million) and are listed by Ahlia in its available-for-sale portfolio, said the statement.
NIH clarified that its ownership in the firm has no financial impact.
