Mubasher: Rasameel Investment Company is expected to liquidate two main assets with a range from KWD 9 million to KWD 10 million, the chairman of Rasameel, Fahad Al Rashed said, as reported by Al Anba Newspaper.
The chairman noted in the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Sunday that Rasameel has completed the procedures of its strategic exit from Auto Lease at a total value of KWD 3.3 million.
Rasameel is still in talks to sell its equity in Hajar Tower to provide additional liquidity in order to target investment opportunities available in the markets, Al Rashed added.
He added that Rasameel succeeded in offering a number or real estate projects in the UK and the UAE for a total value of $65 million, the projects were fully covered with goon return.
