Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry approved Al Themar International Holding capital decrease by KWD 23.97 million.
Thus, Al Themar’s capital will become KWD 77.282 million from KWD 101.25 million, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Capital reduction will be through offsetting accumulated losses by KWD 13.842 million as well as cancelling the entire treasury shares standing at 101.25 million with a nominal value of 100 fils a share; a total of KWD 10.125 million.
In August, the Kuwaiti Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved for Al Themar to decrease the capital by 23.67%.
