Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil went down $1.01 to $59.72 per barrel (pb) on Monday, against $60.73 pb on Friday, according to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
Globally, oil prices dropped more than 3% on Monday.
Nymex crude futures for March delivery fell 3.2% to $51.99 pb, its lowest level since 14 January, while global Brent futures dropped 2.8% to 59.92 pb.
