Kuwait’s crude oil falls to $67.21 pb on Monday

Mubasher: The price of Kuwait’s crude oil went down 36 cents to $67.21 per barrel (pb) on Monday, against $67.57 pb on Friday, according to the latest data by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).

Globally, oil prices rose by more than 1%, hitting its highest level in four months, boosted by output cuts led by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).

The rise in global oil prices was supported by the cancellation of OPEC’s next meeting, which was due in April, leaving oil supply curbs in place until June.
